The Fledglings Nursery School, Bilsborrow
Why choose the Fledglings?
Since The Fledglings opened in 2003 it has become an extremely popular nursery for both parents in the local community as well as the staff and students at Myerscough College. Places are limited to just 40, which ensures the high quality of learning, play and care that every parent values is maintained.
The nursery is managed by Ashbridge Independent School and Nursery Ltd, an organisation with an unparalleled reputation for its expertise and experience in childcare. For complete peace of mind, everyone at The Fledglings has an excellent level of qualification and training and are supported by an expert and experienced senior team.
The Fledglings is a member of the National Day Nurseries Association and is regularly inspected. We hold the highest levels of Quality Assurance awards and take pride in the quality of relationships, care and education we provide for children in their earliest years.
Security, Opportunity & Challenge
Children’s health, safety and wellbeing is given prime importance. From the provision of nutritious meals through to our uncompromising safety procedures, nothing is left to chance.
Our holistic approach enables children to feel secure and become active, well developed individuals who are keen to discover and eager to learn.
We nurture a respect for the environment, themselves and others and an appreciation of the natural and wider world.
Moving on to School
Ashbridge School has long been established as the area’s premier provider of high quality Primary Education.
We offer parents the peace of mind which comes from a focus on the individual needs of each child along with high expectations for academic success. Children who attend an Ashbridge Nursery, like The Fledglings, have benefitted from experiencing the essential preparation for the next step in their educational journey. In making this choice families have invested considerably and the opportunity of a place within the school, enables a child to build on this invaluable head-start at one of Bilsborrow's premier School Nurseries.
We understand that words alone can only play a small part when making the next vital decision, so please come along and meet the Headteacher and our first- class teaching team and take a look round. We look forward to welcoming you and promise you will be enormously impressed.
